Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 60 years who underwent epidural analgesia undergoing lower abdominal surgery were enrolled in an informed consent form at the ASA level I-II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Spinal deformity, coagulation dysfunction or anticoagulant drug use history, preoperative clinical symptoms or imaging findings suggest that the tumor has distant metastasis, related drug allergy, puncture site infection, pregnancy, liver and kidney dysfunction, within three months Participated in other clinical studies, the researchers believe that any reason can not participate in this trial, a history of neurological disease, a history of mental illness, severe respiratory, circulatory disease, severe anemia, diabetes, atherosclerosis, hypertension, dehydration or electrolyte imbalance, Shock or sepsis, too high or too short stature or excessive BMI.
