20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ASA grade I-II; 2. Aged 20-40 years old; 3. Weight of 30-70kg; 4. The operation time is about 1-1.5 hour.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combine with respiratory diseases such as bronchial asthma; 2. Combine with circulatory system diseases or complications; 3. Combine with endocrine system diseases, such as hyperthyroidism; 4. Central nervous system diseases; 5. Emergency surgery of full-stomach patients; 6. Combined with gastroesophageal reflux history, history of upper gastrointestinal surgery and history of hiatus hernia; 7. Take H2 receptor antagonist, antacids or affecting gastrointestinal motility drugs in half months; 8. Having difficulty in mouth opening, sore throat, hoarse voice and cough.
