Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40 to 69 years old male and female; 2. tested voluntarily, and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. complete pyloric obstruction; 2. active gastrointestinal bleeding; 3. history of upper gastrointestinal surgery; 4. severe heart, liver, and kidney dysfunction and could not accept painless endoscopy; 5. pregnant and lactating women; 6. participated in other clinical studies within a month; 7. psychosis and severe neurosis; 8. allergy to all the drugs used in the test.
