Epidural analgesia after cesarean section

Interventions

group A:The total amount was 120ml, the concentration of ropivacaine was 0.1%, the sufentanil was 50 µg, the pump speed was 3ml/h
group B:The total amount was 160ml, the concentration of ropivacaine was 0.075%, the sufentanil was 50 µg, the pump speed was 4ml/h
group C:The total amount was 240ml, the concentration of ropivacaine was 0.05%, the sufentanil was 50 µg, the pump speed was 6ml/h

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primipara, singleton, head position, full-term pregnancy, ASA I-II level, patients who understanded and were willingness to participate in this clinical trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Twin pregnancy and multiple pregnancy; severe obstetric complications such as pregnancy induced hypertension; congenital heart disease;history of using sedative and hypnotic medication prenatal; abnormal blood coagulation
