Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients who have lumbar degenerative scoliosis (Cobb>10 degree) with vertebral rotation need surgical therapy; 2. Aged more than 18 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with a history of significant trauma, surgery, tumour, tuberculosis of lumbar spine or other significant pathology of the affected lumbar not related to the degenerative scoliosis; 2. Patient is unable to consent.
