Intercostal nerve block group:0.3 ml/kg of 0.5%ropicarin was administered for Intercostal nerve block
Experimental group:0.3 ml/kg of 0.5%ropicarin was administered

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients of American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I to III patients, aged 18 to 80 years, video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery, forearm, wrist, or hand will be enrolled in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included: patient's refusal, coagulopathy, neuropathy, infection at the needle insertion site, allergy to local anesthetics, body mass index more than 35kg/m2.
