Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cases were diagnosed according to the diagnostic criteria; 2. Volunteers have signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Aged 40 or less than 20; (2) Do not accord with the disease diagnostic criteria; (3) Oviductive infertility; (4) hypergonadotropic amenorrhea; (5) Congenital malformations and organic lesions of ?female reproductive system; (6) Patients with serious organic lesions of heart, liver, kidney, brain and with therioma; (7) Allergic to known drug ingredients; (8) Do not sign the consent form.
