Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) the growth period of women, ages 18 to 40 years old, blood beta human chorionic gonadotropin (beta hCG) in the diagnosis of pregnancy and ultrasonic determine see intrauterine pregnancy sac. Gestational age < 12 weeks; (2) with the same partners, the continuous natural abortion twice or more than 2 times; (3) the couple normal karyotype analysis; (4) the female reproductive system without congenital malformations and implement qualitative sex pathological change; (5) anti cardiolipin antibody, closed normal antibodies, intrauterine membrane resistance; (6) to rule out infection factors and harmful substance; (7) sign the informed consent of the patients.
Exclusion criteria
