Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) women, aged 18 to 40 years old, blood beta human chorionic gonadotropin (ß-hCG) in the diagnosis of pregnancy and ultrasound See intrauterine pregnancy sac; (2) with the same partner, continuous natural abortion twice or more than 2 times; (3) the couple normal karyotype analysis; (4) the female reproductive system without congenital malformations and implement qualitative sex pathological change; (5) normal anticardiolipin antibody, blocking antibody, anti endometrial antibody; (6) to exclude infection factors and exposure to harmful substances; (7) sign the informed consent of the patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with thrombophlebitis, thrombosis, stroke, or those with the above history; (2) excluding serious heart, liver, kidney, brain and other organic diseases and severe somatic diseases and malignant tumors; (3) to eliminate allergic to known drug ingredients; (4) do not sign the informed consent; (5) for Duphaston through the sensitivity.
