18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 to 75 years, height 155 to 180 cm, and the ability to understand verbal and written Mandarin Chinese, no history of mental illness, no drug abuse and other analgesics such as opioids, NSAIDS, or traditional Chinese medicine or antibiotics.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. included an intolerance for 1-lung ventilation, a long history of opioid analgesic or NSAID use, tranquilizer use, psychiatric disorders, bradycardia with cardiac conduction or rhythm abnormalities, a history of rib fracture, or previous trauma or lung surgery on the same side as the planned lobectomy. 2. Individuals subsequently were excluded from the study if they required an open thoracotomy conversion or reoperation due to postoperative bleeding or other complications.
