Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective open colorectal surgery. ASA I - II, aged 18 to 65 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)BMI > 30kg.m-2 or <18 kg/m2; (2)Preoperative hemoglobin was less than 120g/L (3)Severe diabetes, cardiovascular system, respiratory system and kidney disease; (4) Complicated with acute cholangitis, gastrointestinal bleeding or ascites; (5)Hepatic encephalopathy, psychosis or neuropathy; (6)Acid-base and electrolyte imbalance, and endotoxemia the weight loss of more than 2% cachexia or over the past 6 months, more than 5% in the past 2 months; (7)Drug application affect heart function, such as beta blockers, calcium channel blockers and digoxin. (8) Intraoperative SVV value fails to reach the target value; (9)Intraoperative bleeding was greater than 400ml; (10)Loss of follow-up.
