Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of drug-induced liver injury; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of severe drug-induced liver injury; 3. Aged 18-60 years; 4. Patients willing to sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients without informed consent; 2. Patients with severe infection; 3. Patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus; 4. Patients with gastric and duodenal ulcer; 5. Patients with osteonecrosis of the femeral head; 6. Patients with glaucoma; 7. Patients with hemorrhage of digestive tract; 8. Special group with pregnancy and mental disorders; 9. Other patients who are not suitable for hormone therapy.
