Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. in line with COPD diagnostic criteria of patients; 2. in line with the standard of TCM syndrome differentiation; 3. the severity of patients with moderate to severe stable patients; 4. 40 years of age or older than 75 years; 5. the first 1 months did not participate in other interventions in clinical research; 6. voluntary treatment, and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the severity of the disease is mild, very severe COPD stable and acute phase patients; 2. pregnant and lactating women; 3. confusion, dementia, psychiatric patients; 4. heart function IV and hemodynamic instability; 5. Patients with bronchiectasis, bronchial asthma, active pulmonary tuberculosis, bronchiolitis obliterans, diffuse bronchiolitis, pulmonary embolism, pneumothorax, pleural effusion; 6. affect the respiratory function of neuromuscular diseases; 7. combined tumor; 8. severe liver and kidney disease (severe liver disease refers to cirrhosis, portal hypertension and varicose bleeding, severe renal disease including dialysis, kidney transplantation); 9. a variety of reasons for long-term bedridden; 10. are participating in the clinical trials of other drugs, known to treat drug allergy; 11. the first 1 months of oral corticosteroids; 12. congenital or acquired immunodeficiency.
