Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18-65 years old, ASA 1-2, scheduled to receive transsphenoidal resection of pituitary tumor under general anesthesia, informed consent signed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BMI=30kg/m2, operation time> 3 hours, allergy to dexmedetomidine, the application of monoamine oxidase inhibitors or adrenergic receptor blockers, uncontrolled hypertension, cardiac block of 2 degree and above, Liver and kidney disease (2 times the relevant markers),taking antipsychotics, opioid abuse, and patients who can not cooperate with this trial
