18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >18 years male or female patients; 2. Plan to receive total hip/knee replacement under general anethesia; 3. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative existing urinary tract infection; 2. Preoperative urinary retention (such as moderate to severe benign prostatic hyperplasia, congenital urinary malformations, cauda equina injury, female urinary incontinence, etc.); 3. Requiring perioperative continuous monitoring of out/input, or patients returned to ICU after surgery; 4. Severe cardiopulmonary and kidney disease patients; 5. Receiving spinal anesthesia / regional block anesthesia; 6. Other reasions that the researchers think it is not suitable for stuyd.
