Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients should confirm diagnosis of cervical spondylosis; 2. With neck pain as chief complaint; 3. With a sense of neck pain or stiffness.With or without a positive sign of the musculoskeletal system and the pain improved after treatment; 4. Aged 18-70 years old; 5. Volunteer to the study.Work in with the therapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients do not confirm the diagnosis of cervical spondylosis; 2. Other serious system diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cancer, etc. Severe skin disease which is not suitable for moxibustion. The patient whom the researchers think is not fit to participate in research; 3. Have a history of neck injury, cervical fractures or surgery, neurological deficit(such as myasthenia or have exception in spinal nerve reflex check), congenital vertebral anomalies, systemic bone or joint disease; 4. Pregnant or lactating women.
