60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged over 60 years; (2) no long-term movement history, no long-term Taijiquan or Wuqinxi practitioners; (3) no serious influence of core strength training and Taijiquan, Wuqinxi movement disorders such as joint deformity, disease or severe spinal joint pain, severe heart and lung diseases; (4) no other serious organic disease; (5) the voluntary cooperation experiment of core strength training, Taijiquan and Wuqinxi exercise.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) the person who can not be trained for a long time (this experiment requires 6 months); (2) cognitive impairment; (3) persons with severe mental illness; (4) other relevant treatments are being undertaken, which may affect the outcome of this study.
