Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. college students aged from 18 to 30 years; 2. had family history of hypertension; 3. normal blood pressure; 4. non-dipper circadian rhythm of blood pressure; 5. The patients had the willingness to participate in the trial and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ruled out essential hypertension or secondary hypertension; 2. combined with heart,brain,liver,kidney and hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases,mental diseases,sleep pause syndrome; 3. participating in other clinical trails that effect the results of this study.
