14 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical diagnosis as unilateral recurrent patella dislocation/patellar instability; 2. Male and female, TT-TG>15mm,closed epiphysis; 3. Acute or chornic tear; 4. Active level before injury;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Multi-ligament tear; 2. Revision surgery; 3. Severe femoral trochlear dysphsia; 4. Associated with cardio-vascular disease, metabolic disease, neurological disease, etc.; 5. Drug or alcohol abuse; 6. Pregnent or breastfeeding female. 7. Patella alta.
