45 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical diagnosis as unilateral rotator cuff tear; 2. Aged over 45 years male and female; 3. Chornic injruy; 4. Active level before injury; 5. Arthroscopic double-row rotator cuff repair used in operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Associated with subscapularis tear; 2. Revision surgery; 3. Massive rotator cuff tear can not be able to proceed double-row RCR; 4. Associated with cardio-vascular disease, metabolic disease, neurological disease, etc.; 5. Drug or alcohol abuse; 6. Pregnent or breastfeeding female.
