18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical diagnosis as unilateral recurrent shouler dislocation; 2. Aged below 45 years male and female; 3. Chornic injruy; 4. Active level before injury; 5. Associated with bankart tear, glenoid bone loss and less than 1cm Hill-Sachs lesion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Associated with rotator cuff tear; 2. Revision surgery; 3. Deeper than 1cm Hill-Sachs lesion; 4. Associated with cardio-vascular disease, metabolic disease, neurological disease, etc.; 5. Drug or alcohol abuse; 6. Pregnent or breastfeeding female.
