Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: PCOS group: 1. Aged 20 to 45 years; 2. PCOS diagnosed with Rotterdam standards; 3. No history of hormones supplementation and other drugs within 3 months; 4. Sign the informed consent; NPCOS Group: 1. Aged 20 to 45 years; 2. With regular menstruation cycle; 3. No history of hormones supplementation and other drugs within 3 months; 4. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Endometriosis, uterine malformation,intrauterine adhesions, repeated implantation failure; 2. Recently have used hormonal, oral contraceptives, or GnRHa; 3. Drug use contraindications.
