Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Western medicine diagnosis accord with KOA;K-L=3 grade, TCM diagnosis accord with heumatism(kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome); 2. Aged 50 to 70 years; 3. Patients who can provide telephone number and cooperate with doctors without moving; 4. Voluntarism and sign.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With Acute knee joint injuryAcute Suppurative Kneetuberculosis of knee joint and knee tumor; 2. The late knee osteoarthropathy; 3. With inside and outside double deformity of knee joint and damage of blood and nerve; 4. With disease of heartbrainlungliverkidney internal secretion and hemopoietic system. With abnormal liver and renal function; 5. Pregnancy and nursing mothers; 6. Patients with disability in law; 7. Those who can not understand the treatment or can not take medicine and the relevant inspectors on time; 8. Those who receive treatments within two weeks; 9. Those who participate other trail research; 10. Those who may or can make sure have alcohol and drug abuse history; 11. Those who can make complicated of the trial, for example, moving of work and instability of environment.
