18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) More than 18 years old and less than 70 years old; 2) MM patients with measurable disease in accordance with the guidelines; 3) After three drug combination including bortezomib based induction therapy, the patients achieve CR.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Had received anti myeloma treatment (not including radiotherapy, bisphosphonates or single short-term hormone therapy is less than or equal to 40mg/d, 4 day prednisone dose in group 14 days not short-term treatment of it); 2) Primary or secondary plasma cell leukemia; 3) HIV positive, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, hepatitis C infection or disease; hepatitis B virus or DNA copy number > 10^4; liver function index >2.5 * normal high limit.
