Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet Chinese diagnostic criteria for obesity, body mass index is greater than 32kg/m2, Conventional treatments failed to get significant effect.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Three months prior to the current study, patients have myocardial infarction or unstable angina pectoris history; 2. Prepare pregnant, pregnant and nursing women; 3. Patients with malignant disease; 4. Patients with nervous system diseases; 5. Heart, liver, renal insufficiency patients; 6. Long term steroids treatment; 7. Patients with thyroid disease; 8. Patients with adrenal diseases; 9. People with diabetes; 10. Patients with hypertensive patients; 11. Patients with hyperlipidemia patients; 12. Patients unable to tolerate intestinal endoscope.
