18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. New patients of thyroid nodules or autoimmune thyroiditis with no treatment for thyroid diseases,whose families have no pregnant women and children under 10 year old; 2. Aged between 18 and 70; 3. Non-hospitalized local patients who have not lived outside Wuxi for a long time; Or migrant who have lived in Wuxi more than 5 years; 4. Having no underlying diseases. Cases of basic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, cancer, liver and kidney dysfunction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having participant other clinical trials; 2. Patients with underlying diseases including hypertension, diabetes, cancer, liver and kidney dysfunction,etc.; 3. Patients of hyperthyroidism who are not advised to intake iodine.
