Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with enlarged mediastinal and hilar lymph nodes(LNs) detected by imaging tests and with the need to undergo EBUS-TBNA.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion of severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, coagulopathy, infectious diseases, allergy to anesthetics, inability to comprehend study-related procedures
