18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Signed informed consent; 2. Aged between 18 and 65 years old; 3. people with low back pain symptoms lasting for for = 3 months; 4. numerical rating scale (NRS) scores =3; 5. People can continue to live in Shandong during the wholes study period; 6. sufficient fluency in listening, speaking, reading reading and writing Chinese.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who suffer from other diseases that can cause low back pain(These could include but not limited to cauda equina syndrome, large or rapidly progressing neurological deficit, fracture, malignancy, ankylosing spondylitis, or other systemic disease); 2. Previous spinal surgery or scheduled procedures during the study; 3. Patients with severe illnesses, such as heart, lung, liver, kidney, diseasesstroke, psychosis; 4. Pregnant, breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant woman; 5. Engaged in a long-term regular Baduanjin exercise in the previous 6 months; 6. People had thoracic, lumbar, and pelvic surgery in the past.
