18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients undergoing open liver cancer surgery under general anesthesia combined with thoracic epidural block; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I-II, 18-70 years of age and body mass index (BMI) 18.5-28 kg/m2; 3. Child-pugh A-B; 4. Hepatectomy is planned for no more than four liver segments or half liver.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) diabetes, thyroid dysfunction or other metabolic diseases; 2) severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory failure, mental disorders; 3) cardiac dysfunction (cardiac function grade III or more), chronic renal insufficiency; 4) history of other malignancies, radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 5) gastrointestinal surgery history, large-scale surgery; 6) preoperative high temperature, increasing white blood cell count (such as the recent fever, infection); 7) cachexia (weight loss in recent 1 month> 20%, albumin <30g/L); 8) with rheumatic or connective tissue disease; 9) end-stage tumor with multiple metastases or combined with other tumors; 10) laparoscopic surgery.
