50 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) diagnosed as age-related cataract; 2) agree to this study and accept the follow-up regularly; 3) level II – III of crystal nucleus hardness; 4) older than 50 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) with severe systemic disease; 2) the history of eye surgery or eye disease, such as dry eye, high myopia, hyperopia, corneal astigmatism is greater than 1 D, diabetic retinophy, glaucoma, corneal scarring, lens dislocation, age-related macular degeneration, etc; 3)suffer from the cornea old ring or the corneal limbus position is not clear; 4) the cornea is too big or too small; 5) the difference of K1 and K2 > 1.5 D(Pentacam Three-dimensional anterior segment analyzer is used to examine the corneal curvature).
