Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Tibetan; Aged<70 years old; Body Mass Index (BMI)<30 kg/m2; American society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I II; Primary hepatic hydatid

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) allergy to anesthetics; (2) history of chronic pain; (3) coagulation abnormalities; (4) Liver and/or kidney dysfunction; (5) significant systemic disease.
