Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In accordance with the diagnostic criteria of type 2 diabetes mellitus; 2. Aged 60 to 80 years; 3. disease course over 3 months; 4. the patient can independently complete exercise; 5. The patient is voluntary to participate in this study, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With Ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar nonketotic diabetic coma; 2. With other severe diabetes complications; 3. With severe liver and kidney diseases such as ALT over 2 times than the upper limits , serum creatinine over the upper limits and so on; 4. With acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, acute and chronic pancreatitis and pancreatic insufficiency 5. With deficiency of vitamin12, folic acid and iron; 6. With severe trauma,surgery and infection; 7. With severe hypoglycemia; 8. With severe hypertension (SBP>160mmHg,DBP>95mmHg); 9. With severe lower limb joint disease; 10. With mental illness and family history.
