Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) acute osteochondral fracture following patellar dislocation; 2) osteochondral fractures that do not involve the bearing surface of the knee; 3) diagnosis based on MRI and arthroscopy; 4) aged 9-17 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) osteochondral fractures that involve the bearing surface of the knee; 2) combined other knee injury; 3) Knee deformity; 4) Histories of previous knee injury, surgery, osteoarthritis and other knee diseases; 5) Patients rejecting; 6) Patients that can not withstand anesthesia and surgery.
