Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Written informed consent must be signed and dated by the patient and the investigator prior to inclusion; 2. Invasive breast cancer, aged younger than 70 years; 3. The tumor distant from nipple =3cm; 4. T0-T2; 5. Absence of skin involvement; 6. No hard smoking (hard smoking defined as >20 cigarettes/day); 7. Low and intermediate risk for anesthesia (ASA Scale); 8. BMI = 30 kg/m2; 9. Patients must be accessible for follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous thoracic radiation therapy for any reason, Neoadjuvant chemotherapy, Postoperative radiotherapy; 2. Preoperative distant metastasis; 3. Contralateral breast cancer; 4. A history of previous breast cancer or other cancers associated with breast cancer; 5. Inflammatory Breast Cancer; 6. T3-4; 7. Pregnancy; 8. Patients with psychiatric, addictive, or any disorder, which compromises ability to give informed consent for participation in this study; 9. Uncompensated Diabetes Mellitus; 10. Hard smokers; 11. High risk for anesthesia; 12. BMI=30kg/M2; 13. Mass resection outside of our hospital.
