Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18 to 45 years; 2. Without a history of open urethral surgery; 3. The patient/family members informed and sign the informed consent; 4. estimate the anterior urethral stricture length < 2.5 cm by the preoperative urinary tract imaging and Urethrocystoscope;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. with a history of open urethral surgery or the urethra incision or urethra expansion history for many times; 2. with a history of severe hypertension; 3. with a history of diabetes; 4. with a history of the blood coagulation dysfunction or anticoagulant drugs; 5. with liver or kidney dysfunction; 6. Patients who can not cooperate with treatment; 7. mental disorder or nerve dysfunction.
