Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) patients aged from 30 to 75 years old, were from departments of acupuncture and moxibustion, rehabilitation and neurology, Changhai Hospital; (2) the onset time of patients = 8months; (3) All patients with cerebral infarction, could void before stroke and appear dysphagia after stroke; (4)After the onset of treatment in addition to conventional western medicine, not as acupuncture, Chinese medicine, rehabilitation and other treatments; or in the short term (within 1 weeks) the application of the above treatment is invalid, has been disabled for more than 30 days.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with unclear consciousness and psychosis; (2) Patients refused to cooperate with acupuncture; (3) patients with cicatricial diathesis, such as sensitive to fire needle; (4) Patients with Poor nutritional status, severe Diseases Such as heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and endocrine system diseases.
