Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients were diagnoised squamous cell carcinoma according endscopy biopsy. Endoscopic ultrasonography was used to assesse invasive range. Those patient staged T1 without obvious lymph node enlargement were enrolled in this study. No distant metastases was discovered by routine examination such as CT scan, color doppler ultrasound, ECT scan and so on.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with immune system disease; Patients with severe liver and kidney disease; Cardiopulmonary function is too poor to tolerate thoracic surgery; Intraoperative blood loss was more than 300ml or blood transfusion.
