Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Knee osteoarthritis patients with typical symdromes; 2. Be willing to attend the test, sign the informed consent file.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. not accord with knee osteoarthritis diagnoses standards; 2. with heavy cardiovascular, hepatic,nephritic or hemopoietic system diseases; 3. with rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis or other arthritis; 4. with diseases which can impact the lower limbs functions; 5. women on her suckling period,gestation period,or to get pregnant.
