18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients qualified for VATS lobectomy, aged 20-70 years, of both genders, ASA I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Technical failures to insert an epidural catheter, conversion of VATS to thocacotomy, discontinuation of local anesthesia for technical reasons(e.g. catheter slipping out or damage), rinability to provide informed consent,and medical containdication for thoracic epidural analgesia.
