18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. CRF in patients with gastrointestinal tumor after the first chemotherapy; 2. Aged 18-60 years old; 3. ECOG behavior status score=2; 4. Expected survival time > 6 months; 5. Be able to complete the scale independently or with assistance; 6. PG-SGA score < 9; 7. There is no regular exercise habit after the operation, in this study,it refers to the regular moderate intensity aerobic exercise no more than three times, less than 90 minutes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Dementia, agitation, delirium; 2. There is a psychological disorder (Hospital Anxiety and depression scale of more than 11 points); 3. Merger with primary non-gastrointestinal cancer or physical disability.
