18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. unilateral UTUC; 2. Nephron spring surgery( PNCL, URS,ureterectomy,ureteral-bladder reimplantation; 3. patholgy was urothelial carcinoma; 4. Inclusion should follow all above conditions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concomitant with bladder cancer; 2. Previous urothelial carcinoma history; 3. Preoperatively receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy; 4. Renal allograft recipients.
