Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The following enrollment criteria were used: patients with CKD who never received continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT); patients with CKD had a degree of high school or above; good compliance; all subjects signed informed consent and the study been approved by the Medical Ethics Committee.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients were excluded for the following reasons: patients with heart disease, cerebrovascular disease or gastrointestinal diseases, patients with medium or severe malnutrition, patients with renal transplantation, severe liver dysfunction, serious heart function obstacle, blood diseases or malignant tumors, patients with serious nutritional metabolic disease, such as hyperthyroidism, patients with urinary system infections and other diseases.
