Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) full-time community residents; 2) ages 18 to 65 years; 3) participant is the regular cook at home.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. participants with nephropathy; 2. participants who ate less than 10 meals a week at home.
