Group A:When the blood was washing in the blood storage tank after centrifugation, the volume ratio of red blood cell to 0.9% saline was 1:3
Group B:When the blood was washing in the blood storage tank after centrifugation, the volume ratio of red blood cell to 0.9% saline was 1:5
Group C:When the blood was washing in the blood storage tank after centrifugation, the volume ratio of red blood cell to 0.9% saline was 1:7

18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA:I-III; (2) aged 18~65 years; (3) signed the informed consent; (4) Scheduled for Orthopaedics Surgery (spine, total hip and lower limb surgery); (5) Hb = 110 g/L, Hct =35%; (6) No suffered from cardiopulmonary history; (7) the operation time is controlled within 4 hours and the blood collection from the surgical field = 400ml.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) mental illness; (2) cardiovascular disease; (3) allergic to anesthetic drugs; (4) anemia; (5) coagulation and abnormal liver and renal function.
