Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 3-6 years-old group: 1. have 20-22 teeth(primary or mixed dention); 2. have good condition of general and oral health, have no active caries; 3. can attend the given return visits. 6-9 groups: 1. have four first-permanent molars and complete dentition except for primary first incisors; 2. have good condition of general and oral health without active caries; 3. can attend the given return visits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 3-6 years-old group: 1. have residual roots or large residual crowns, or already have advance into champions league; 2. can't cooperate proper operation; 3. have gum or oral mucosal disease; 4. have incomplete dentition. 6-9 years-old groups: 1. The residual roots and large residual crowns and advance into champions league; 2. can't cooperate proper operation; 3. have incomplete dentition.
