Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: systematic: 18-70 years old periodontitis patients without systematic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease. local: introbony bone defects with 2 walls; good oral plaque control, after SRP and with a deep pocket more than 5 mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: smoking, diabetes ect., women with pregnancy
