Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I-II; 2. Aged 18~65 years old; 3. Suffering from intracranial space-occupying lesions and will be given an elective resection; 4. Without severe complication of other systems; 5. Patients join in the research for voluntary.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Received radiotherapy or chemical therapy within 6 months; 2. Using hormone for long period; 3. Companied by severe complications of other systems; 4. Pathological diagnosis is not gliomas; 5. Experienced extremely unstable situations during the operation; 6. Patients refused or quitted the research.
