Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. confirmed by renal biopsy immune pathological examination; 2. less than 65 years old and more than 18 years old; 3. urine protein in 24 hours between 0.5g and 3.5g; 4. eGFR = 30 ml/min / 1.73 m2; 5. acute upper respiratory tract or intestinal infection has been cured; 6. syndrome differentiation accord with spleen kidney Yang deficiency; 7. urine protein in 24 hours =1 g, blood pressure should be controlled below 125/75 mmHg;Urine protein in 24 hours< 1g , the blood pressure should be controlled below 130/80 mmHg; 8. ACEI and ARB class antihypertensive drug elution phase 2 weeks; 9. sign the informed consent. Conform to the standard, peaple can be allocated into the observation case. If one of these conditions is "no", it can not be selected.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. do not conform to the renal biopsy immune pathological diagnostic criteria or syndrome of TCM; 2. urinary protein quantitative in 24 hours 3.5 g; 3. eGFR < 30 ml/min / 1.73 m2; 4. upper respiratory tract or intestinal infection minor has not been cured; 5. confirmed by inspection by allergic purpura nephritis, chronic alcoholic liver disease, ankylosing spondylitis, psoriasis, secondary factors caused by IgA diseases such as lupus nephritis patients; 6. All pregnancy or lactation women;Or psychiatric patients; 7. someone who merges heart, brain, liver and hematopoietic system, severe primary disease; 8. blood pressure does not conform to the group requirement; 9. someone who has renal hematuria caused by kidney stones and others; someone who uses hormones and/or CTX, More than one of these conditions is "is" can't participate in the test.
