Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. female or male aged =45 years; 2. willing and able to adapt to long-term daily consumption of yogurt 300mL physically and mentally; 3. signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. hospitalized in the previous 3 months; 2. suffering from any severe acute and chronic diseases; 3. using antibiotics in a long term; 4. unable to communicate.
