Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 to 40 years old; in accordance with POF diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine spleen deficiency syndrome diagnosis standard; 4 weeks did not participate in other clinical trials; in February did not take the disease associated with Chinese and Western medicine.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Congenital abnormal development of reproductive organs, reproductive organs acquired organic diseases and damage caused by primary or secondary amenorrhea due to thyroid dysfunction; amenorrhea; multi drug allergy or known allergy to the drug composition; the combination of heart liver and kidney and hematopoietic system disease, severe mental illness may have pregnancy; the patients did not meet the inclusion criteria; and no prescribed medication, can not determine the efficacy or incomplete data curative effect judge.
